All the main functions are available from the program’s main window (see. image above).
The main window consists of the following parts:
Main menu consists of such items as «File», «Settings» and «Help». From the main menu you can open the save/email dialogue, print dialogue, application settings window, filter settings window or run the help system. |
Toolbar consists of buttons which can be used to perform most of the application’s functions. Toolbar hosts such buttons as «Print report», «Save report», «Email report», «Filter report», «Tables/Charts» view mode selection buttons, «Bookmarks», «Thumbnails» and «Search» panel activation buttons, «Full screen mode» button, «Settings» dialogue button and a button to access the application’s help system. |
This panel features a tree view list of available report templates grouped into categories. |
This button launches the report generation process. The report will be based on the template currently selected in the list of available report templates. |
A dropdown list box that allows to select the accountable period before generating a report. Possible values include «Today», «Yesterday», «Last week», «Last month», «All period», «Other». When «Other» is chosen, fields that allow manual selection of accountable period first and last day become available. |
This window displays Alternative report view in reduced scale. For example, if the main view window displays the report in tabular view, this window will display it in graphical view. |
This window displays the report corresponding to the template selected in the available templates list generated for the period selected at the accountable period selection panel. The report’s view mode («Tables» или «Charts») corresponds to the one selected at the toolbar. |
This panel located at the lower left corner of the main view window has several buttons for selection of the required page of a report. |
The panel is located at the lower right corner of the main view window and allows selecting the required scale for viewing the generated report. Available modes include «Single Page», «Continuous», «Multiple Pages». The scale can also be set in percent with a special slider. |
