Rander Reports is used to generate reports based on the data collected by Rander server during its operation.
Rander’s calllog stores the information on the conversations on all the PBX lines controlled by Rander server, i.e.
| • | Call’s start time, speed to answer and duration |
| • | Call’s status such as answered/abandoned, internal/external, incoming/outgoing etc. |
This data is being collected in the course of operation of Rander client as well as from applications that interact with Rander server via RanCom module, i.e. Rander Outlook Addin and third-party applications.
With the help of such data one can analyze a number of critical metrics, including but not limited to the following:
| • | External lines and extensions workload |
| • | Average and maximum call time during a particular period on all lines, on one line or on a group of lines |
| • | Productivity and workload of employees managing incoming calls. |
