Rander Reports report generator performs the following functions:

| ▪ | Filtering data for the report by the following criteria: |
| • | Call direction (Incoming, Outgoing, All) |
| • | Call type (Internal, External, All) |
| • | Call status (Answered, Abandoned, All) |
| • | External call type (Local, Long-distance, International, Mobile) |
| • | Work schedule (Working hours, Lunchtime, Days off) |
| • | Selected external lines only |
| • | Selected extensions only |
| • | Selected external subscribers only (from Rander’s phonebook) |
| ▪ | Viewing any report in tabular view or in graphical view (as charts) |
| ▪ | Viewing a report in full screen mode |
| ▪ | Saving a report in any of 25 supported file types |
| ▪ | Saving and emailing a report (a new message with an attached report file is automatically created in mail application) |
| ▪ | Assigning individual names for external lines and extensions to be displayed in the reports. |
