Contacts filter

The «Contacts» filter dialogue window lets you select the contacts from Rander’s phonebook whose calls you would like to analyze in the report.

 

This window consists of the following controls:

 

•Table of available contacts.

The table displays all available contact from Rander’s phonebook except the ones selected, which are displayed in the second table. Data on these contacts will not be included in the reports built in the main window.
•Table of selected contacts.

The table displays selected contacts. Data on these contacts only will be included in generated reports.
•A button for moving all contacts from available to selection.

Use this button to select all available contacts. Pressing it will move all the contacts from the left table to the right one.
•A button for moving one contact from available to selected.

Use this button to select an available contact. Pressing it will move the contact highlighted in the left table to the right one.
•A button for removing one contact from selected.

Use this button to cancel selection of an available contact. Pressing it will move the contact highlighted in the right table to the left one.
•A button for removing all contacts from selected.

Use this button to cancel selection of all available contacts. Pressing it will move all contacts from the right table to the left one.
•Search filter for table of available contacts.

To search for a contact type a part of contact’s name, surname, organization or city. Contacts not matching the search filter will be left out. To clear the search filter press the button to the right of it.
•Search filter for table of selected contacts.
