Filtering - External lines

FilterCO

The «CO lines» filter dialogue window lets you to select the external lines the calls on which you would like to analyze in the report.

 

This window consists of the following controls:

 

•Table of available lines.

The table displays all PBX’s available external lines except the ones selected, which are displayed in the second table. Data on these lines will not be included in the reports built in the main window.
•Table of selected lines.

The table displays selected lines. Data on these lines only will be included in generated reports.
•A button for moving all lines from available to selection.

Use this button to select all available lines. Pressing it will move all the lines from the left table to the right one.
•A button for moving one line from available to selection.

Use this button to select an available line. Pressing it will move the line highlighted in the left table to the right one.
•A button for removing one line from selected.

Use this button to cancel selection of an available line. Pressing it will move the line highlighted in the right table to the left one.
•A button for removing all lines from selected.

Use this button to cancel selection of all available lines. Pressing it will move all lines from the right table to the left one.
•Search filter for the table of available lines.

To search for a line type a part of its name. Lines not matching the search filter will be left out. To clear the search filter press the button to the right of it.
